Uhhhh.... It is too early to anticipate spring??

It is already the middle of February, which means we are so close to March... and then April... so.... spring is near, it has to be!

Changes have begun with the new year...

Eddie and I are moving next weekend to the most amazing home... with a beautiful waterful behind us... I am so excited!
Once I find the right vantage point, I am going to capture it as best I can... I have always wanted to photograph this waterfall, and I am sure we will find some nice angles while we are there...

My photography seems to be improving by the minute (at least I hope so - I have the best teacher there is! ). When I become less busy, my next journal will highlight some of the most amazing photos I have found here on Deviant Art... so keep an eye out... just looking at some of these photos, I have learned so much.

I have been hit or miss here on Deviant Art lately... focusing on the re-development of my website [link] being re-created by Studio Sublimis [link] as well as trying to get some advertising going.

My first experience with sites like this was through MySpace, and while I have met some amazing, very talented people through MySpace, not to mention the love of my life, I have learned that most people are there just for the "comments"... you know, comment on mine, and I will comment on yours...There are very few people on MySpace that seem there to want to learn from each other, and to benefit from the experience of other talented artists.

I am hoping that things here on DeviantArt will be different, and that I will have the opportunity to meet some amazing new artists! So far, the artists I have met here are really amazing. Each individual has their own talent that impresses me in a different way!

So here I go... new to the world of deviant art. I have been getting harassed to get this account going, and finally have done so! (yes, mr. harasser, you know who you are)

I opened this account at the beginning of last month, and only last night was able to actually get a few pictures posted... but not enough of them!

I am hoping that this site will be a good place to collaborate with others that have the same talents and interests as I do. Looking forward to it!
